Shipping We ship USPS Priority Mail envelopes and boxes. Up to 8 yards regular cotton (4 yds. flannel) will fit in Flat Rate envelopes for $4.95. 20+ yards will fit in a Flat Rate box for $9.80. The website automatically assigns shipping costs based on the dollar amount. Please understand that these are only estimates and can be adjusted. Most often shipping will be less, but sale items and heavier fabrics can be more. Orders will be shipped within 24 hours or less.

Large orders, over $250.00, will most likely need to shipped based on weight. We will email you with a shipping quote before processing your order.

*If Priority Mail International isn't available for your country, I will ship by whichever service is most economical. We will email you with the correct shipping amount after your order has been cut and weighed.

INSURANCE - Up and Away Quilts is not responsible for orders lost by USPS. You may request insurance or delivery confirmation in the comments section if you like. For orders over $100, insurance is required.

Returns We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with our products and service. We have a 14 day return policy on items you are not satisfied with. Refunds will be issued once items are returned to us in a resalable condition. Refunds will not be given for shipping & handling charges. Sale items and cut yardage may not be returned. All returns must be in original condition and packaging. Returns that have a smoke odor will not be refunded. Notions may be returned if they are unopened, in the original packaging. Due to copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned.
